♫ Great Is Thy Faithfulness, O LORD, my Father!

"Now then, stand still and see this great thing the LORD is about to do before your eyes!" - 1 Samuel 12:16

I must publicly give thanks to GOD for what He has just done in my favor today!  God's faithfulness is beyond measure!  As a few of you already know, my car insurance would be canceled as of tomorrow, Friday.  God knows this is yet the most difficult week I've endured out of all these 11 months of financial struggle and spiritual trial...  I reached a dead end--ran out of all resources and I am literally down to $0, nothing, nada!!!  
Yesterday, I got to a point where I just threw my arms up and told God, "You know there is absolutely NOTHING I can do right now--this situation is 100% and completely out of my control at this point, so this is when it's Your time to shine through for me and do Your part as You have promised."  Today, these words still lingered in my mind the more I thought about how as of tomorrow I would no longer have a car.  And I must admit, I fought with all my might to not try and yell at God or get angry at Him, because when the crucible gets extremely hot it is SO easy to get into fist-fight mode against God and want to stay angry at Him. 

 I am immensely thankful to your prayers for strength and so that I am able to remain faithful and praise the Almighty through the storm I have been facing for quite a while now.  Friends, about an hour ago, I received a check in the mail for $602.50 from the 401K plan.  Don't ask me how/why they did that--I never requested that money.  All I can say is: Praise be to God!!!  I have no words to describe my gratitude to my King and LORD of all!!!  With this money I have been able to pay for 3 months of car insurance and one month of my car payment.  Next month's car payment will be due again soon (September 8), but just like God came through for me today in a miraculous manner, I know and trust that He will manifest Himself again and will provide for the next payment.  God is beyond good... I will praise Him forever and ever!!!  ♫ His eye is on the sparrow and I know HE watches over me! ♫   There is no doubt about that!  



I just had to share my testimony.  Please continue to keep me in your prayers, guys and thanks to those of you who have continually supported me through faithful prayer, you know who you are.  I can't wait to see the day when I give you the grand news that God has delivered into my own hands, the job He has for so long been preparing for me.  I claimed His promise in 1 Samuel 12:16 and He has not failed to deliver and keep His end of the deal.  His promises are true--they are real!!!!!!  Believe them and know them!  "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future!" ~Jeremiah 29:11


Let us remain faithful to HIM no matter what the circumstances are--no matter how HE chooses to work things out for us--no matter how long it may seem GOD takes to answer us.  May we always be willing to say like Job:  "The LORD gave and the LORD has taken away; may the name of the LORD be praised." ~Job 1:21
