Thank You, JESUS...

"Give thanks to the LORD, call on His name; make known among the nations what He has done." ~1 Chronicles 16:8

I want to pause for a moment this morning and tell You how grateful I am to You, my precious JESUS. Thank You for allowing me to see another new day. Thank You for giving me life... for breathing, for sight, for good health. Thank You for allowing me to spend these two weeks here in Washington with Pat and her family. Thank You, because I've been able to experience the beauty of Your beautiful creation. Thank You for the privilege of allowing me to take part in so many activities while I've been here and being able to enjoy every moment here.

Thank You, LORD, because although my cousin Keren can't make it to Michigan, You had already made the provisions so that my trip wouldn't be cancelled. At the same time, You were also granting Milton's petition to get away as he was asking You. You're granting His wish as well as mine to have someone keep me company during my travel. You are amazing, LORD. Whenever You do [something], You do it so well--it exceeds our expectations. I don't know how You do it--how You can work so many plans all together at once and all of them are exactly what each person needs--it blows my mind. Today, I praise You for this and more! You are more than an amazing GOD.

JESUS, come near my heart and take over. Help me accept Your will in every circumstance and not just when I am happy. I need more of You... Place in me a stronger and deeper desire for JESUS. I want to seek You with ALL of my heart and mind. I love You dearly and with all my heart, but I want to love You even more than I do now!
